Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty

Advanced Powerplant Solutions, LLC, which will be referred to as APS in this Warranty, warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that the merchandise contained in this catalog will be free from manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (if purchased from APS). If the merchandise is returned to us by the purchaser within the 90-day warranty period, APS may opt to repair or replace any defective merchandise.
Merchandise that fails to conform to this Warranty will be repaired or replaced, at APS’s option, without  charge for parts and labor. APS agrees to pay only for parts and labor, or replacements, and return postage by the most economical method. All other expenses are to be paid by the purchaser. Further, APS may, at its option, satisfy its obligation under this Warranty by a refund of the purchase price.
APS’s obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement and return of merchandise that fails to conform to this Warranty, or to a refund of the purchase price, and APS assumes no responsibility for any other expenses or damages, including incidental and consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The duration of all implied warranties, if any, is limited to 90-days from the date of purchase. Accordingly, any such implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, are disclaimed in their entirety after the 90-day warranty period. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
To obtain warranty service or a refund if APS so elects, the defective merchandise must be sent with postage prepaid to Advanced Powerplant Solutions, PO Box 902, 2375 E Geneva Street, Suite A, Delavan, WI 53115, and received by APS no later than 100 days after date of purchase, or otherwise returned to APS at its place of business in Delavan, Wisconsin within the 100 day period. The defective merchandise must be accompanied by the name of the purchaser, proof of purchase from APS, and a written statement that identifies the defect.
