APS's Return Policy

We ask that all merchandise be returned no later than 90 days after date of purchase, in new condition, and accompanied by purchaser's name and address, proof of purchase, and reason for return.  Please call Customer Service at 1-800-532-3462 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  Please have your invoice number available, if possible.  Returns by mail should be sent with postage prepaid to: Advanced Powerplant Solutions, P.O. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days after you receive the item. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. If possible, take pictures of the damage to the container or packaging and/or product to use in the shipping claim process.
