• Check prop flange face for out of true
• Disassemble gearbox
• Overload clutch disassembled, clutch components cleaned in virgin solvent, measure clutch dimensions
• Reset break-away torque on slipper clutch to new spec
• Gear box internals inspected
• Reassemble gearbox with new spring washers, ring halves, thrust washer, and shim properly to new spec

• NDT dye penetrant to aluminum gearbox housing

• Reassemble gearbox with new bearings, seals, spring washers, ring valves
