2-Stroke 300-Hour Overhaul Including New Crankshaft

2-stroke engines are overhauled every 300 hours or five years, whichever comes first. This estimate includes complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection, cylinder honing and reassembly with new seals, gaskets, crankshaft, pistons, rings, and piston pins. Estimate includes rotary valve shaft gear and bearings. Additional parts may be required. We will call you with a quote.

2-Stroke 150-Hour Inspection

ROTAX recommends that you replace the crankshaft seals on all their 2-stroke engines at 150 hours. This 150-hour service includes complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection and reassembly with new seals and gaskets. Additional parts may be required. We will call you with a quote.
